Capo Valley Boys Soccer Team Families,

            Welcome to the Capo Valley Boys Soccer Family.  The 2007-2008 season looks to be very promising.  The Booster Club is here to support the overall success of the program.  Our main goal is to assist with off setting the expenses of the overall program.  The hard work of our volunteers has allowed us to keep the fees to a minimum.  This is only possible with the countless hours and sacrifices that have been made by these individuals. The only way a booster club can be successful is to get everyone involved.  We solicit everyone’s ideas and contributions.   There are many opportunities for you to get involved this year. 
            This year we will again host two tournaments, the JV Tournament and The  Ron Willms Classic  Frosh/Soph Tournament.  These tournaments are significant fundraisers for the entire program and we would like to see involvement from all levels to make this a success.   We will also be looking for Varsity Parents to help with the Fresno Tournament.  Each year we encourage each of the teams to hold pasta parties before games.  This is a great way to get to know the players and help them bond as a team.  Our final gathering each year is our banquet in which we reflect upon the past year, recognize the achievements the boys made and send off our Seniors.  None of this happens without the assistance of a lot of people.  We need your help.  Each family will be expected to volunteer for various assignments at our parent meeting.

            We will be holding our Parent Meeting on October 24th. at 6:30 PM in the mall.  Please mark your calendars as it is important that everyone attends.  This is a great chance to meet the coaches, booster club, and the other families.  If you can help in any of the areas I have mentioned, please send me an e-mail and let me know.
